Recommended use:

Stir one serving, 30 g powder (1½ scoops) into 300 ml of low-fat milk. TIP: Intermediates can also stir 50 g powder (2½ scoops) into 250 ml of water and drink.

Directions: On training days, drink about 30 minutes before or after an intensive workout. On non-training days, drink in the morning or evening.

Protein blend as a protein concentrate with sweeteners for the preparation of a protein drink. With amino acids, L-Carnitine and vitamins.
