The carbohydrate complex contributes to the proper functioning of the muscles during intensive physical effort, and replenishes glycogen in the muscles. Magnesium, which helps reduce fatigue and weariness, and potassium and salt, whose balance supports muscle regeneration and is responsible for water-electrolyte balance the body. The calcium and vitamin C content further contributes to maintaining normal energy metabolism.
