2. To participate, customers must spend a minimum purchase of 150 AED in-store or online. Every 150 AED spent qualifies for one raffle entry.

3. Participants must have an active Eliwell Nutrition membership and follow Eliwell’s official social media accounts on Instagram and Facebook.

4. Transactions that are canceled, refunded, or returned will not be eligible for the promotion.

5. Winners will be announced on March 31, 2025 and will be contacted exclusively by Eliwell's authorized staff via our official customer service number (0502004112) and official email (info@eli-well.com) using the contact details provided on their purchase receipt. Customers are responsible for ensuring their information is accurate.

6. Winners must personally claim their prizes at the Eliwell Nutrition Shop, Baniyas Complex Building, Al Rigga, Dubai, before April 30, 2025, and present a valid ID for verification. Third-party collection is not permitted.

7. Eliwell staff will never request any payment, bank details, or confidential documents to claim prizes.

8. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
