Ingredients:  Melatonin; filler - inulin; cellulose capsule (HPMC).

Recommended consumption:  Take 1 capsule, preferably 30 minutes before bedtime or otherwise after consulting your doctor. Do not use while driving or combine with alcohol or other medications. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
